Yuhui CH-TH is a premium grade macroporous thiourea chelating resin based on styrene-divinylbenzene (DVB) copolymers with standard Gaussian particle size distribution. Due to its special thiourea functional group, CH-TH has high selectivity to capture mercury and precious metals such as silver, gold and platinum. CH-TH is developed to be used for mercury removal from ground water or waste water and precious metals recovery in hydrometallurgy industry. The adsorption strength for mercury and precious metals is too strong to be eluted by general regenerants, so incineration is recommended when CH-TH is fully exhausted.
