Yuhui C-AMCFG-Ag is a premium food grade macroporous weak acid cation (WAC) exchange resin based on carboxylated polyacrylic with standard Gaussian particle size distribution. Due to the special post-treatment process, C-AMCFG-Ag becomes the cleanest resin without extractable chemical residuals causing color leach, and unpleasant odor & taste to water. C-AMCFG-Ag can remove both of temporary hardness and alkalinity from water. The increased carbon dioxide (CO₂) during this process can upgrade the taste of the treated water. C-AMCFG-Ag is silver impregnated in order to inhibit bacteria building up on resin during the period of storage and transportation. Due to its high exchange capacity, C-AMCFG-Ag is developed to be used for the disposable filter cartridges and other applications where safe and clean WAC resin is required and growth of microorganism is undesirable.
