Yuhui C-AMCFG-K is a premium food grade macroporous weak acid cation (WAC) exchange resin based on carboxylated polyacrylic with standard Gaussian particle size distribution. Due to the special post-treatment process, C-AMCFG-K becomes the cleanest resin without extractable chemical residuals causing color leach, and unpleasant odor & taste to water. C-AMCFG-K can remove both of temporary hardness and alkalinity from water. The increased carbon dioxide (CO₂) during this process can upgrade the taste of the treated water. Potassium buffering prevents the treated water from PH drop and enable C-AMCFG-K to remove heavy metals. Due to its high exchange capacity, C-AMCFG-K is developed to be used for the disposable filter cartridges and other applications where safe and clean PH buffered WAC resin is required, but sodium is undesirable.
